Notice is hereby given that the 53rd Annual General Meeting of the Malaysian Scientific Association will be held at the following date, time and venue:
Date: Saturday, June 28, 2008
Time: 2.30pm
Lunch from 1-2pm at the Brass Cafe of the hotel
Venue: Utara 1 (Level 2), Crystal Crown Hotel, Jalan Utara, Petaling Jaya
Agenda:
- Address by the President
- To approve the Minutes of the 52nd Annual General Meeting held on May 26, 2007
- To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Association for 2007/2008
- To receive and adopt the Treasurer General's Report and the audited Annual Statements of Accounts of the Association for the year 2007
- To elect the MSA Council for 2008/2010
- To appoint two Honorary Auditors for 2007/2008
- To consider any other matters of which notice in writing has been given to the Secretary General at least 14 days before the Annual General Meeting
